Dear Mr. Rutigliano,
On behalf of our Board of Directors and the parents of Hope With Heart, our sincere thanks for your recent contribution of $10,000. Your gift helped us to provide a great experience to our campers at our 2014 session.
Hope With Heart 2014 served 55 campers and our 2015 session is about to begin the planning stage. We thank you for making this week possible for this special group of children each year. The confidence Hope With Heart brings each child as well as the friendship and laughter they find at camp is such a delight to see happen. Please feel free to schedule a visit to our 2015 session.
We sincerely thank all who have been able to provide financial assistance to Hope With Heart in these past few months. We are well aware of the economic difficulties existing among many and we thank everyone who heard our plea for financial assistance.
We do hope we can count on your support in the future. It is your gift that enables the miracle to happen. Thank you for sharing with us!
Sincerely,
William F. Hurley

Dear Ms. Rutigliano,
On behalf of the Children’s Aid Society’s Rhinelander Children’s Center, I would like to express my gratitude to the Torch Foundations for its tax-deductible donation of $5,000 for the fiscal year 2014-15. The foundations ongoing support of Rhinelander’s Saturday Program is an enormous benefit to the families we serve.
As you know, the Saturday Program promotes socialization, creative expression, self-esteem, and Deaf pride and exposes our participants to a wide range of cultural activities. This past year, Saturday Program participants played basketball, visited Modern Museum of Art and explored the Museum of Natural History

Dear Ms. Rutigliano:
On behalf of The Children’s Hospital at Montefiore, thank you and The Alicia Rose Victorious Foundation for the generous contribution of $10,000 in support of the Phoebe H. Stein Child Life Program. As requested, this gift will support the “Cham Circus” 5th Annual Patient Prom.
The Phoebe H. Stein Child Life Program complements medical treatment by focusing on the emotional and developmental needs of pediatric patients through medial play, procedural preparation, and accompaniment, diversion and creative expression (art and music therapy).
This year’s prom gave over 60 patients an experience that they will never forget-attending prom like many of their friends. Thank you once again for your generous gift to this important activity.
Sincerely,
Rachelle M. Sanders

Dear Friends,
I wish to extend our heartfelt thanks for your generous donation of $2,000 and your support of the AMT Children of Hope Foundation/Baby Safe Haven. Charity, as they saying goes, begins at home. To me “home” represents our greater community. In lending your hand to help others, you are embracing the belief and creating a community that respects every life and provides a loving and kind home where those in need can turn for support when facing unexpected and extremely overwhelming challenges.
The AMT Children of Hope Foundation was established to save newborns from abandonment by offering alternative for birth parents coping with crisis pregnancies. Our all-volunteer organization provides birth mothers with confidential help and reassurance that they are not alone. When a birth mother reaches out for assistance, we offer counseling, discuss all of her options and assist her in pursuing whichever once she chooses-to make a parenting plan, work out an adoption plan or safely and anonymously relinquish her baby no questions-asked her legal right under the Safe Haven Law we wrote that has successfully passed in every state since 1999.
We work diligently to educate the public about the Baby Safe Haven Program to ensure that those who may need it know about it. Our Public Service Announcements have been a great success. Last year, the crisis hotline received 2,210 calls: 88 birth mothers chose a parenting plan and were place in local mother/child programs; 15 opted to make adoption plans; and 13 relinquished their newborns under the Safe Haven Law. While we are pleased to report these success stories, a great deal of work lies ahead. In 2012, we had the sad duty of arranging funerals for 2 newborns of neonaticide. They are resting at peace at the Island of Hope at Holy Rood Cemetery in Westbury.
Our goal is to reduce the number of infant deaths resulting from crisis pregnancies and abandonment to zero. Your contributions, attendance at our fundraising events and efforts to spread the word about the Baby Safe Haven Law are making this possible. In fact, 100 percent of your donation directly supports programs to prevent infant abandonment and provide care for those in need. Thank you again for your generous contribution and God bless you.
Sincerely,
Timothy Jaccard
